Throughout 2015, the Pan-Territorial Adaptation Partnership has been continuously undertaking adaptation projects throughout the three territories. These projects are summarized in the information notes, that provide updates on the projects and are published on a regular basis.
These information notes are summarized in the Pan-Territorial Information Notes Compendium. This compendium provides a high-level summary of much of the adaptation efforts being taken by the members of PTAP.
